Support
The contact persons of the IT team are located on site as well as in mobile work. If possible, support from Userni.d.R. always takes place via TeamViewer client (see sidebar) or via remote desktop connection during normal office hours. The best way to reach us is by email, phone or via the contact form on the website.
If support is needed directly on the device or in person with users in the office or lab rooms, contact us to make an appointment.
Services
The IT department at CSI is responsible for a wide range of tasks relating to the operation of the central IT infrastructure. In addition to user support at the workstations in the offices and laboratories, we also offer support and provision of various network services.
The offered services can be found in the following areas:
Support and advice for employees as well as help desk for all IT-related matters
Planning, acquisition and implementation of the entire IT infrastructure
